Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit that goes towards your treatment I kindly ask to give a 48 hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment, if you cancel or reschedule your appointment within less than 48 hours you will be charged a 25% fee on top of the non-refundable 50% deposit No shows will be charged 90% of your service cost If you are running late please reach out, guests that arrive 10 minutes late to their service may be asked to forfeit their appointment, and charged a 25% fee on top of the non-refundable 50% deposit No extra guests allowed in the treatment room Thank you for your understanding and respecting my time, these policies are in place to give you the best treatment possible! - Sarah from Vintage Kitty Esthetics 💗
